Refunds are eligible for products returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.

Timeframes

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase.

Cancellation Procedures

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Cancellations after this period will not be entertained. For cancellations, please contact our customer service with your order details.

Fees and Requirements

Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For returned items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

AI Avatar Generation Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of AI avatar generation, refunds for avatar generation services are not permitted once the avatars have been successfully generated and delivered. Please ensure all necessary inputs are accurate before submitting your avatar generation request.

If there is an issue with the generation process or if the avatars do not meet the specified criteria, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for a review. Refunds may be granted only in cases of system failure or technical errors on our platform.
